Yes, I think this is the list of top 20 colleges but the order I guess is not same as mentioned here.

IIT Ahmedabad is certainly among first 50 of India , though it has been started recently. And yes, better than some of the Institutes named above. I feel this list needs to be revised . It seems to have been prepared much earlier.
